We would normally offer a refund of the price paid for an item as long as it is returned to us within 14 days, however during these challenging times we have extended the returns period to 21 days of receipt as long as it is in the same condition as when it was received by you including having the original Italian Handbag Company label attached.
If you cancel your order within 21 days of receiving it we will refund the amount paid and the standard delivery charge.
The terms of our refund policy are in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive.
How to Return and Item
There is a Returns Form attached to the invoice which was included in your parcel; complete this form and include it the package you are returning. We need this form in order to identify your order and match it to you so please be sure to include it.
Keep the invoice for your reference.
Clearly address your parcel with the address provided on the Returns Form.
Please obtain proof of postage for insurance purposes
