I offer a refund of the price paid for an item as long as it is returned to me within 14 days of receipt, provided it is in the same condition as when it was received, including having the original Italian Handbag Company label attached.

If you cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, I will refund the amount paid along with the standard delivery charge.

The terms of this refund policy are in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive.

How to Return an Item

There is a Returns Form attached to the invoice included in your parcel. Please complete this form and include it in the package you are returning. I require this form to identify your order and match it to you, so please ensure it is enclosed.

Please keep the invoice for your reference.

Clearly address your parcel using the address provided on the Returns Form.

Please obtain proof of postage for insurance purposes.
